49-year-old Stockport resident and notorious hunt saboteur Paul Allman has been slapped with a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order, demonstrating the illegality and damage of anti-hunt saboteur actions. This order, secured at Chester Magistrates on 8 December 2023, is a stern response to a relentless series of Allman's unapologetic and aggressive anti-social behaviour against hunt activities.

The order lays down stringent conditions, serving as a damning testament to Allman's involvement in activities that undermine the actions of legal trail hunts, as well as the wider actions of all anti-hunt saboteurs. The conditions outlined, designed to curb his disruptive actions and serve as a warning to other saboteurs, leave no room for interpretation. Paul Allman must not:
Attend any recognised hunt related activity in Cheshire and North Wales.
Go within 1 mile of Cheshire Hounds, Cheshire Forest and Wynnstay Hunt Kennels.
Enter onto any private land or property without having the written permission of the land owner and this must be in his possession, which includes driving any vehicle onto land or property that the defendant does not have permission to be on,
Be in possession of any items in England and Wales used to disrupt or distress persons or animals at a hunt such as chains, zip ties, hunting horn, spray or a device containing recordings of hounds.
Wear face coverings within a vehicle that he is driving or in which he is a passenger excluding medical graded masks.
Use or encouraging others to use, foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour towards any members associated with trail hunts,
Associate at a hunt gathering with others or facilitate the transportation of others to a hunt gathering.
This will be a welcome relief to hunts in Cheshire and North Wales, as they are now able to enjoy legal trail hunting freely without Allman’s aggression.
The CBO is a structured and legal validation of the hunt’s claims that saboteurs: trespass; distress animals; intimidate with masks; and use foul and intimidating language and behaviour. Saboteurs often attempt to gaslight their audience into thinking that this is either not true or acceptable – Allman's behaviour order is a useful demonstration to show the UK the real behaviour of sabs, and the clearly negative consequences of it. There are countless other examples of saboteurs acting without law and order: self-professed murderer Richard Williams; thief Gemma Barnes; bombers Mel Broughton and David Blenkinsop; sabs that harm animals, Clive Richardson and Keith Richardson - the list goes on and on. It is remarkable that saboteurs have got this far without gaining the name they deserve – criminals. Paul Allman’s CBO will realise this for a lot of people.

These unyielding conditions are a welcome action against the severe and aggressive actions of hunt-saboteurs. The issuance of a Criminal Behaviour Order is a resolute declaration that such aggressive interference will not be tolerated, ensuring the protection and continuity of legal and regulated trail hunts. The perseverance of the hunt community in reporting dangers to society, like Paul Allman, has been shown to be listened to.
Broughton and Blenkinsop, two well known sabs, have both served over ten years for plots that involved placing bombs near innocent civilians.
